VC836 True RMS Auto Range Multimeter, Analog Bar, NCV

The VC836 is the 6000-count VC800 model built for quick, simple operation. It uses one-key measurement with no range or function switching, so voltage, resistance and other readings are taken without turning the dial between them. It has True RMS, NCV, an analog bar display and a torch, and measures capacitance up to 60mF and frequency up to 10MHz.

Choosing within the series

The VC836 shares the 6000-count auto-range base with the VC837 and VC837A, and the analog bar with the VC837A. It differs in two ways: one-key measurement, and current measured only on a 10A range, while the VC837 and VC837A have 600μA to 10A ranges for electronics work. The VC837 also adds duty cycle. The VC835B is the 2000-count model.
