VC732A True RMS Digital Multimeter, NCV, Duty Cycle, hFE

The VC732A is the 2000-count model of the VC700 wide-screen series, with a 65×43.5mm LCD in a 190×92×50mm housing. It measures DC voltage to 1000V at ±(0.5%+5), AC voltage from a 200mV range to 750V, current to 20A and capacitance to 2000μF, with True RMS, NCV, torch, duty cycle and an hFE socket. A TP01 temperature probe is included.

Choosing within the series

Both VC700 models share the housing, True RMS, NCV, torch and duty cycle. The VC732A is the 2000-count choice and the only one of the two with the hFE test; its AC frequency response is 40Hz-1kHz. The VC746A moves to 6000 counts, adds the Live contact voltage test and high voltage indication, and extends capacitance to 60mF and frequency to 10MHz, with a 40Hz-2kHz AC response.
