VC480C+ Overview
VC480C+ microohm (low resistance) tester, adopts four-wire measurement, which effectively subtracts the line resistance of the test line itself to ensure the measurement accuracy. It can test the short-wave nvis antenna resistance test, the voltage equalization ring welding of the building curtain wall lightning protection device, the reliability test of the high-voltage wire erection, the heating components, the wire resistance and the conductor connection resistance of various trains, EMUs and equipment.

The VC480C+ is a digital low resistance tester (milliohm meter) for contact resistance. It has six manual ranges from 20mΩ to 2kΩ, with 0.01mΩ resolution on the lowest range. Four-wire measurement subtracts the resistance of the test leads themselves, so the reading reflects the part under test.

Choosing within the series
The VC480C+ is the only milliohm meter in Vici's resistance tester series. Its sibling VC60B+ works at the other end of the scale: it applies 250V to 1000V to read insulation resistance up to 2GΩ. The VC4105A measures earth resistance from 20Ω to 2000Ω. Pick the VC480C+ for values in the milliohm range.
