VC86 Overview
VC86 multimeter, available to DC voltage, AC voltage, DC current, AC current, resistance, non-contact voltage (NCV) detecting, temperature, hFE, Diode and continuity tests; Designed with unit symbol, backlight display, data hold, max value, min value tests, auto ranging switch, auto power off and alarm functions.
2000 counts display
The VC86 is the entry model of the VC80 series of auto-ranging multimeters. It reads 2000 counts and covers the core electrical measurements at 1000V DC and 20A, with resistance up to 200MΩ, temperature, True RMS, NCV and Max/Min data hold. It suits electricians and maintenance staff who do not need capacitance or frequency.

Choosing within the series
The VC80 series has three models. The VC86 is the 2000-count model without capacitance or frequency, but with the widest resistance range in the series (to 200MΩ). The VC88 moves to 4000 counts and adds capacitance, frequency to 10MHz, duty cycle, REL and a logic level test, with manual ranging as an option. The VC89 goes to 6000 counts and adds pulse output (50Hz~5kHz) and square wave output.
