VC9802A+ Manual Range Multimeter, 200uF Capacitance

The VC9802A+ is a 2000-count manual-range multimeter in the VC98 series, built for general electrical and electronics work where a turn-dial meter with a wide resistance span is enough. It measures DC voltage to 1000V at ±(0.5%+3), resistance up to 200MΩ and capacitance up to 200μF, on a 9V battery.

Choosing within the series

The VC98 manual-range line has three models. The VC9802A+ is the 2000-count general model with the 200MΩ range and capacitance. The VC9807A+ moves to a 20000-count display with tighter DCV accuracy of ±(0.1%+5) and adds conductance (0.1nS~100nS) and frequency to 200kHz, but its resistance stops at 20MΩ. The VC9808+ adds inductance (2mH to 20H), temperature, peak hold and resistance to 2000MΩ.
