ST-9283 Overview
ST-9283 high/low temperature alarm thermometer can accurately measure the temperature of food so that the most delicious food is cooked at a specific temperature. Measure various household water temperature, baby food, milk temperature, kitchen cooking, baking and other temperatures.
The ST-9283 is a probe-type food thermometer for measuring the internal temperature of food and liquids. It covers -50℃ to 300℃ (-58℉ to 572℉) with 0.1℃ resolution, and a high/low alarm tells the cook when the target temperature is reached.

Choosing within the series
The ST-9283 is the only food thermometer in this group. Next to the TM07A fridge thermometer, it reaches 300℃ instead of 150℃, samples once per second instead of once per 10 seconds, and adds high/low alarms, so it suits cooking; the TM07A suits fixed monitoring of refrigerators.
