The DM6801A+ is a single-channel digital thermometer in the Vici DM68 series, built for contact measurement on food, liquids, solids, cold-chain goods, heating devices and equipment surfaces. It covers -50℃ to 1300℃ and -50℉ to 1999℉, and reads to 0.1℃/℉ below 200℃, where accuracy is ±(0.2%+1).

Choosing within the series
Against the DM6802A+, the DM6801A+ has one input instead of two and no T1-T2 reading, but it resolves 0.1℃/℉ below 200℃ and is specified tighter at the low end (±(0.2%+1) vs ±(0.4%+1)). Against the DM6902, it adds data hold, anti-shock protection and range to 1300℃. The DM6803A+ and DM6804A+ add eight thermocouple types, a 20000-count display and data recording.
